It is also known as the end-stage liver disease. It is usually caused by long-term damage to the liver such as; hepatitis.

3: Hepatic Lipidosis

It refers to fatty liver syndrome. In this disease, your feline stops eating and thus damages the normal functioning of the liver.

4: Liver Cysts

Liver cysts can also cause serious damage to your cat’s health. They may cause infection or hemorrhage.

Treatment of Liver Diseases in Cats

There are different treatment methods depending on the type of liver disease:

  4. Chemotherapy
